About 10–12 minutes per person, available in multiple languages.

How are scores calculated?

We combine favorability (positive responses) and engagement with weighting for response rate. Results are benchmarked against peers.

What do winners receive?

An official badge pack, public directory listing, press & media publication, and an insights report.

Are non-winners published?

No. Only recognized agencies appear in the Winners Directory.

How long does the process take?

Typical timeline: Apply (minutes) → Survey window (2-3 weeks) → Scoring & review (1–2 weeks) → Recognition.
