Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the limited circumstances under which a refund or credit may be issued for the Agency Workplaces Recognition Program (the "Program"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Agency Workplaces Terms & Conditions and forms part of the agreement between Agency Workplaces, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us") and Client. Participation in the Program is free unless otherwise stated. Fees apply only to optional products and services. This Policy describes when those fees may be refunded.

1. Free Evaluation

No fee is charged for evaluation. Because no fee is charged, no refund applies to this portion of the Program. Clients who qualify for recognition may license recognition assets for a fee, disclosed before purchase.

2. Optional Purchases

Fees for optional products and services are disclosed before purchase and charged only with Client's authorization. Because these products consist of digital assets and license rights delivered immediately upon purchase, all fees are non-refundable once delivered.

3. No Other Refunds

Except as expressly provided in this Policy, all fees are non-refundable. This includes fees paid where Client withdraws from the Program voluntarily and fees paid where Client is suspended or terminated for cause.

4. Errors and Duplicate Charges

If Client is charged in error, charged more than once, or charged for a product that was not delivered, the Company will issue a full refund upon verification. Client should contact the Company within thirty (30) days of the charge.

5. Chargebacks

Client agrees to first contact the Company in good faith to resolve any payment dispute before initiating a chargeback with its payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in immediate suspension or termination of Client's access to the Program.
