Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes the limited circumstances under which a refund or credit may be issued for the Agency Workplaces Recognition Program (the "Program"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Agency Workplaces Terms & Conditions and forms part of the agreement between Agency Workplaces, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us") and Client. The Company's fees cover the costs of technology, survey deployment, data analysis, and coaching access. Because the Program involves immediate provisioning of these services, all fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided below.
1. Qualification Credit
If Client meets all participation and integrity requirements set out in the Certification Standards but the Culture Score does not meet the recognition threshold, Client is eligible to receive a 50% credit on the fees paid.
Participation requirements are tiered by Client size, as defined in the Certification Standards. Client must satisfy the participation threshold applicable to its employee count and must comply with the survey integrity rules to qualify for this credit.
The credit is issued automatically within thirty (30) days of the official Culture Score report being delivered to Client. No claim or request is required. The credit may be applied toward re-application or any other Company product within twelve (12) months of issuance.
2. Failure to Meet Requirements
If Client fails to meet the participation requirements set out in the Certification Standards, or violates the survey integrity rules, Client is ineligible for scoring and is not entitled to any refund or credit.
Failure to deliver an accurate employee roster within the required timeframe, failure to allow employees to participate freely, or any action that materially undermines the validity of the AW Survey results, also forfeits any refund or credit.
3. No Other Refunds
Except as expressly provided in this Policy, all fees are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees paid for a Term that Client chooses not to fully complete, fees paid where Client withdraws from the Program voluntarily, and fees paid where Client is suspended or terminated for cause.
4. Chargebacks
Client agrees to first contact the Company in good faith to resolve any payment dispute before initiating a chargeback with its payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in immediate suspension or termination of Client's access to the Program.
