At Agency Workplaces, we value your time, trust, and investment. We're committed to delivering a smooth, high-quality experience across all our programs. Because our services involve customized evaluation and survey work, certain limitations apply to cancellations and refunds.

The Company's fees cover the costs of technology, survey deployment, data analysis, and coaching access.

Qualification Refund.

If the Client successfully meets the 20% participation requirement but fails to achieve the 60% Culture Score threshold for recognition, the Client is eligible to receive a 50% refund on all fees paid (Onboarding and Overage).

• To claim this refund, the Client must submit a written request to their assigned account manager no later than thirty (30) days after the official score report is delivered to the Client.

• Upon timely receipt of this request, the refund will be issued in the form of a credit, which can be used toward re-application or other products offered by the Company in the following year.

• Failure to submit a written request within this 30-day window will result in a forfeiture of the refund.

Failure to Meet Requirements.

If the Client fails to meet the minimum requirements (including the 20% survey participation threshold), the Client shall be ineligible for scoring and will not be entitled to any refund or credit.

Disclaimer of Warranty.

Client understands that the Company's products are designed to help improve workplace culture and assist in attracting talent. However, the Company does not warrant or guarantee any specific business outcomes, including but not limited to, an increase in job applicants, the successful hiring of any individual, or any specific improvement in employee retention.
