Is the survey anonymous?

Yes. All responses are confidential and reported only in aggregate. No individual answers are shared.

How long is the employee survey?

About 20-22 minutes per person.

How are scores calculated?

We combine favorability (positive responses) and engagement with weighting for response rate.

What do winners receive?

An official badge pack, public directory listing, press & media publication, and an insights report.

Are non-winners published?

No. Only recognized agencies appear in the Agency Workplaces Index (AWI).

How long does the process take?

Typical timeline: Apply (minutes) → Survey window (2-3 weeks) → Scoring & review (1–2 weeks) → Recognition.
